The Problem in current website and why mobile app?

  • The current website of HomeLane, lets users only check their order timeline.

  • The process team followed for sharing any documents or merely just chatting and sharing information with clients was spread across multiple platforms like Emails, WhatsApp, and other media. This caused a lot of miscommunication and missing out on time-sensitive information.

  • The Homelane team wanted to develop a special app for their customers to communicate all of the information pertaining to their purchase. The team also discovered that the majority of its users use mobile phones and would prefer an app. As a result, a mobile app design was created for customers and admin
